The win - win - win mobility budget !

Since January 2022, the simplified and extended version of this legal option allows to exchange the company car for a package made of different options : a more environmentally friendly car, alternative and sustainable mobility options (bikes, motorbikes, electric scooters, carpooling, taxi, public transport, rental, etc.), payment of a part of the rent or of the mortgage interest reimbursement or cash. These options are grouped under 3 pillars

The worker's mobility budget is valued according to the total real annual cost of the replaced car (TCO: Total Cost of Ownership) with a minimum of 3.000€ and a maximum of 16.000€ (or 1/5th of the annual salary of the worker concerned).

  • His salary package is more flexible and attractive.His mobility budget is excluded from the notion of NSSO remuneration. No ordinary social security contributions are due.
  • The part of the budget allocated to pillar 2 is tax-free.
  • The part of the budget allocated to pillar 3 is subject to a special favourable contribution of 38.07% and is therefore not subject to the usual social security contributions and is fully tax-exempt.
  • It reduces its ecological footprint.
  • The budget follows the indexation of the salary.
  • He improves his work-life balance and thus his well-being.
