Our courses are based on learning by doing. To this end, we place the emphasis on exercises and role plays. The theoretic concepts are acquired thanks to various educational mechanisms based on the ‘flipped classroom’ concept. The trainee is encouraged to take an active part in his training.
Our aim is to attain a type 4 level of learning (according to the Kirkpatrick model). This means that by the end of the course, the participant achieves better results by applying the skills acquired. This goes beyond satisfaction, learning and the transfer of knowledge.
